Delete your account and data
Pulse is operated by Rycon Mouton. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it using the form below.
Delete it yourself in the app
Open Pulse, go to Settings → Privacy and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and the deletion starts immediately.
Or request deletion here
Choose the topic Data export or deletion and send the request from the email address on your account, so we can verify it is you. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, fitness profile, goals and settings
- Workouts, sets, programs, tests, records and challenge attempts
- Nutrition logs, saved meals and supplement entries
- Measurements, steps, sleep, hydration and optional cycle entries
- Progress photos, posed photos, lift and form videos, and the AI notes generated from them
- Feed posts, comments, likes, direct messages, group messages and shared items
- Friend connections, close-friend lists and push notification tokens
What may be kept, and for how long
- Purchase and billing records held by Apple or Google, which we cannot delete on your behalf
- Minimal records we are legally required to keep for tax, accounting or fraud prevention
- Safety reports filed about other athletes, with your identity removed
- Data another athlete already downloaded, exported or screenshotted, which is outside our control
Everything else is removed within 30 days. Backups holding deleted data expire within 30 days of deletion, and cached photos or videos on your own device or our content network may persist for a short period after the originals are gone.
Delete only some data
You do not have to delete everything. Individual workouts, food logs, photos, videos, posts and messages can each be deleted in the app while keeping your account, and subscriptions are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings.
