1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pulse AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Not medical advice

Pulse AI provides general fitness, nutrition and recovery information generated from your inputs and from published training research. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or managing a medical condition. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness or chest discomfort.

3. Assumption of risk

Resistance training, maximal strength testing, athletic testing protocols, heat and cold exposure and dietary changes carry inherent risk of injury. You voluntarily accept those risks and are solely responsible for your technique, load selection, equipment safety and training environment.

4. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pulse AI is free to download and includes free features. Optional subscriptions unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel renewal in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or bypass access controls.
• Do not resell, scrape or redistribute app content or AI output commercially.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the features you use, including AI analysis you explicitly request.

8. AI output

AI-generated programs, form feedback, photo comparisons and lab interpretations are automated estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always apply your own judgement and professional guidance before acting on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse AI and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
