Who we are

Pulse AI is a fitness, nutrition and recovery tracking application. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and the choices you have. Contact us any time at support@pulsecoach.online.

Data we collect

• Account data — email address and authentication identifiers, used to sign you in and keep your data separated from other users.
• Fitness profile — age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals, equipment access and training preferences, used to calculate calorie targets and generate programs.
• Training and health data — workouts, sets, loads, readiness and RPE scores, body measurements, sleep, steps, water intake, optional menstrual cycle entries, optional lab/biomarker results and athletic test results.
• Progress photos — only the photos you choose to upload, stored in a private storage bucket that only your account can read.
• Nutrition data — food logs and barcode lookups.
• Usage analytics — aggregated, non-identifying interaction events used to improve the product.

Health and fitness integrations

If you enable Apple Health or Android Health Connect, Pulse AI reads only the metrics you approve (steps, active energy, water and sleep) to display and merge them with your manual entries. This data is used solely to power your in-app trackables. It is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. You can revoke access at any time from your device's health settings.

How we use your data

• Deliver core features: programs, logging, progression and tracking.
• Generate AI coaching output, form feedback and photo comparisons you request.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
• Process subscription payments where you choose to subscribe.

We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party processors

• Cloud database, authentication and file storage hosting.
• AI model providers, used to process the specific content you submit for analysis.
• Open Food Facts, for public nutrition and barcode lookups.
• App Store / Google Play, for subscription billing.

Content sent for AI analysis (for example a progress photo or a workout screenshot) is transmitted for processing and is not used to train third-party models.

Storage, security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and access-controlled per user with row-level security. We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete individual entries at any time in-app, or request full account deletion.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@pulsecoach.online. Account deletion removes your profile, logs, measurements and uploaded photos.

Children

Pulse AI is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
